We ship all orders as quickly as possible using FedEx. Note, there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.

Processed orders take up to 10 business days to arrive after shipment, weather and conditions permitting.

In the unlikely event an order is returned to Dave’s Deals, we will refund the price paid, minus the cost of shipping (even if your purchase qualified for free ground shipping). If you prefer to have the item re-shipped, contact us via our contact form. We will work to ensure your order arrives safely.


To cancel an order, please contact customer service via our contact form as soon as the order has been placed. Note, we cannot guarantee the order can be canceled. We are available Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm Central Time excluding holidays.
